Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period begins on the day on which you, or a person authorized by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us of this decision by sending a corresponding signed declaration by post or email to Decaff GmbH, Handelshof 16, 28816 Stuhr, Germany, info@trydecaff.com. The cancellation form provided below may be used, but its use is not mandatory.

The date of dispatch of your cancellation notice is decisive for compliance with the cancellation period.

Consequences of Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any special delivery charges you may have chosen that exceed our standard delivery charges), within a maximum of 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original order. Changes to the payment method are possible by prior arrangement. Refunds will not incur any additional costs for you.

We will collect the returned goods or arrange for their return. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
